Common questions
What does AXEN actually cost?
On the Pro plan, AXEN charges $500 per closing, capped at $6,000 a year. There's also a $295 admin fee per file and a $50/month platform fee. There's no commission split. On the call I'll go through the plans with you, including Elite, which has a $12,000 cap.
What happens to my current listings and pending deals?
That depends on your agreement with your current brokerage. Listings and pendings often stay with the brokerage they were signed under. We'll look at your specific situation before you make any move.
How hard is it to move my license?
You change your sponsoring broker with your state's real estate commission, and AXEN gives you a checklist so nothing gets missed. Nothing is charged until your license is active with AXEN.
Is AXEN available in my state?
AXEN operates in many states and keeps adding more, but check before you plan a move. Tell me your state on the call, or open the free portal, and we'll confirm it. Some programs, such as the title, lending and insurance joint ventures, depend on state law.
Do I have to recruit to do well at AXEN?
No. Revenue share is an optional bonus, not a requirement. Most of the value is in keeping more of your own commission. If you do build a team or refer agents, AXEN pays revenue share five levels deep. Results depend on participation and aren't guaranteed.
You're in Texas. Does it matter that I'm not?
No. Your broker, compliance and TC come through AXEN in your state. As your sponsor, I help with strategy, systems and questions, and none of that depends on sharing a market. I also refer my out-of-state clients to AXEN agents, which can mean business for you.
I'm a new agent. Is AXEN right for me?
It can be. The free TC and training help a lot early on. On the call I'll be honest about whether you'd be better off somewhere with more hands-on mentorship.
Can I just look around first?
Yes. You can open a free AXEN portal with no card required, run your numbers and look at the tools. Open the portal →
